Attorneys within the firm are licensed in Nevada, Colorado and Utah. The firm has two primary offices in Las Vegas (NV) and St. George (UT). A new location in Fort Collins, Colorado will be open in the Spring of 2012.
The firm was first established in 1992 by Attorney Rob Graham ('92 NV, '10 U.S.S.Ct.). Attorney Linda M. Graham ('93 NV, '10 U.S.S.Ct.), joined the law firm as a partner in 1995. Attorney Delwyn Webber joined the firm in the fall of 2008 ('08 NV) after practicing in Australia for nearly a decade as a Solicitor. She became an Associate Partner in 2011. The firm's most recent additions are Katie Woods ('09 NV, '10 UT, '11 CO) and Jerimy Kirschner ('10 NV).
Attorneys Robert Graham and Linda Graham were sworn in before a full panel of the United States Supreme Court and are part of a very limited number of attorneys in Nevada who can handle both Federal and State matters all the way up through the U.S. Supreme Court. |
