The firm was first established in 1992 by Attorney Rob Graham ('92 NV). His wife, Attorney Linda M. Graham ('93 NV), joined the law firm as a partner in 1995. Attorney Michele Chambers ('98 UT) has been with the firm for nearly a year. Most recently, the firm added Attorney Delwyn Webber ('08 NV). Collectively, the firm's attorneys have over forty-three years of legal experience in a broad range of practice areas.

Though the firm's focus is primarily in the Probate, Probate Litigation, Estate Planning and Bankruptcy fields, the firm also represents or has in the past represented several large institutional corporate clients such as Walgreens [Trading Symbol: NYSE: WAG], Preference Technologies, Inc. [OB: PFER], Diversified Dental Services, Inc. (DDS), Paragon Productions (RCA/BMI Affiliate), First Source Bank, Direct Equity Mortgage, Mercy Ambulance, Mountain View OB/GYN, Allen Advertising, 365, Inc. (Paul Mitchell Hair Products), and Broadway Entertainment, Inc. The firm also represents many well-known entertainers and business personalities as well. Rob Graham has appeared or consulted on numerous television news programs as an expert in his field, including several episodes of "America's Most Wanted." Most recently, Mr. Graham was a technical adviser to a documentary on MSNBC regarding a large-scale fraud that impacted many of his elderly and business clients.
